So I emailed Ang several times and told him that there’s no way I’d pay for someone else’s mistakes. He just kept trying to get me to pay off the balance but I refused. I told him that I only ordered 3 units and that’s what I expected to receive. He then told me that in order to have my order of three units shipped, I’d have to pay $400 to have it re-mitted to the courier. So at this point I proceeded to contact the company via the EC21.com website and complained about the whole situation. The last email I received from Anh Dong was on July 6. He told me that the CEO had received my complaints from the EC21 mail and that now my order would be handled by the CEO. The name of the CEO is RANDY OVE. His email addresses are

randyove@enterto.com , So now Randy was telling me that I still have to pay $400 to have original order of 3 units shipped out to me. He told me that I had to make the payment in his name and that he was currently in West Africa on business. He told me that it would be absolute last payment that I’d have to make and that my order would be shipped out asap through FedEx.

At this point I just wanted all of this to be over so I went ahead and made the payment of $400 with the details he provided. So now the total that I’ve paid to this company was $2575. After I made that payment I was contacted on my cell phone from Randy. But when he started talking, I realized that this was the same person (Anh Dong) that called me before. They voices were exactly alike. At this point I’m really upset because I just knew that I had been a victim of fraud. So I started emailing the company through EC21 to complain about this. Mr Kung told me that he was in Hong Kong and that he was trying to do all he could in order to get my order sent, but The CEO, Randy Ove was in charge of everything. Soon after I made the last payment of $400, I was contacted again by email from Randy and he was saying that I had to pay another $600 for shipping insurance and customs slips. At this point I’m totally furious and I’m constantly emailing randy ove, ang dong, and mr kung, trying to get my money back. They will not give me a refund, They keep asking for more money. They will not compromise to send me any products at all. They keep blaming management for the mistakes. They claim that the have lost money dealing with this transaction, but yet I’m the one paying them!! Now it’s to the point were I have to report their actions to EC21.com and any other agency dealing with internet scams and fraud. I’ve paid $2575 in all to this company and they won’t release my order, they’ve lied to me time and time again about prices, shipping, and insurance charges,. They will not give me my money back. The CEO claims that I still have to pay more for shipping and I’ve tried pleading with him, but every email I get from him still says that this would be the last payment I’d have to make, but at this point I do not trust him or his company. Please investigate this matter and remove their information from your website before they scam someone else.
