When I lived in Canada I found the import procedures very very slow and duties high, If importing into Canada from the US you would need to understand NAFTA

as a lot of courier firms and even the PO did not understand it very well , I had countless battles with beaurocy over import fees they would try to charge me, but that was three years ago and maybe things have changed for the better
