I dont think that DM was being rude in his post, £110 is obviously to little for a pal ps3.
And your idea about a scammers list. Firstly there are a few sites which already operate in this area. Secondly, it would take to long to set up, scammers can often have someone elses identity. And lastly, scammers are hard to catch, half the names on this would probs be 1 guy.
Sorry to be a little aggressive towards the idea. Its just to hard to set up, and the scammers section on here is pretty good.
