How about when 2KG+ costs over £20 to send via Special Delivery?
If you are not happy with shipping costs then don't buy an item. Also, although less frequent these days, people expect to get a £10 item for 99p plus £1 shipping instead of £99p plus £9 shipping. You have to take in to account the TOTAL PRICE not just the shipping price.
