No dont agree you have to think of the customer and unfortunately you have to think with your brains in your feet at times and some will look at the £10 price and think wow what a bargain go straight to buy and then notice the £30 shipping for the dvd (example). Why would you want to try to mislead the customer because thats what they are doing, trying to hide the extra charge as much as possible there is now way of trying to justify it, how can anyone.
