So is someone telling me that eBay have a right to charge a max of €8 on anything. Even when posting something like a PS3, TV etc... will cost at least £20 not to mention any extra for added weight/insurance.

eBay are doing this for profits and profits only. Buyers got smart and realised that less price and more shipping saved them money, shipping is always shown before you buy, in no way is it hidden. Buyers can always see how much a item costs total.

Now eBay want that money back so enforce this rule. Same as the PayPal rule, nothing to do with security, its all profit. If you have to accept PayPal for everything to be 'secure' then what happens if you sell something you cant or dont want to post such as crystal glass etc...the buyer picks it up, but they pay with PayPal before hand, then they file a claim and PayPal pay them back because you dont have proof of postage.

eBay are really starting to take the pee eye double s now.

Even so I have now reduced my postage by over 50% and upped my prices. eBay ultimately take more profit on some sales than I do.
