Quick, sharp and dont be afraid to gamble - got my training in probably one of the most hardest professions - spent near on 18 years in the financial markets and learnt a hell of alot but still learning today.
Dont think there can be one thing that will help someone become a success or survive in the business world - some might not agree but luck will play an important part it certainly helped me out a couple of times. If had to pick one though its probably the gamble, there is no sure thing in business - that one product is not going to be guaranteed hit no matter what anyone says - look at the Wii, when that was in the pipeline some of the top finance houses thought it was a disaster, they gambled it would be and lost, Nintendo gambled and won.
