Think about it, DSR ratings, 4 is a good score as said by eBay yet you only get discounts if your over 4.5
Retaliatory feedback was a small percent of sellers, I have never done it, but I have had buyers say refund me postage costs or I will neg you. Now whats fair in that?
This will happen, eBay is putting up higher fees, lets control to a seller and more to the buyer.
What stops a buyer jus bidding on items and not paying? What can be done about that? Nothing, its a disgrace!
