Thankyou for your response, I have emailed Paypal for there advice, but I know what the end edvice will be (its up to you), I have lodged a file a dispute in the past and funny enough I have already posted my experiance in this forum, the quick version is I have filed a dispute against an auction seller for none delivery, won the dispute, but because the seller had no funds in there account they could not give me a refund, Paypal did say they would do what ever it take to persue the seller but could not give me anymore information because of the privicy laws, three years on I am still waiting.
