ebay is the issue becuase ebay wont admit they are not doign enough to solve the issue of sold or advertised fake goods, this was well reported via watchdog few months back and still goes on.
i believe it is said that if you are aware that it happens and you allow it to happen in your busienss, you are as much to blame as the seller advertising and sellign the items.

Er, i don't think i really want to work for you anyway. Quite happy with my own business thanks.
And just to clear it up I don't sell fake items in my business because it's against the law. That doesn't mean that I have to agree with the law.
I would allow a designer exclusive rights on a product for 12 months. Then it would be open for anyone to sell that design. Also it would be against the law to mislead anyone in to thinking it is made by the manufacturer. e.eg. you would have to say this is a fake Louis Vuitton handbag.
As a wider issue what are products like this doing for society anyway. Women don't buy them because they are more practical or much better quality than any other handbag. They buy them because it's a fashion statement that says ' I'm rich and successful and I can afford to waste £1000 on this handbag' So good on the Chinese for allowing any woman to afford one and taking the snobbery out of our society.
