Hi Steve,
I run a marketing and design agency... don't worry this is not a pitch! I've just had a look at your site and there are a few thing you could do yourself to optimise it for very little cost. I'm not looking for the work I just hate seeing people go for SEO before they have done everything themselves to improve their own rank and position.
The first thing I would do with your site would be to get all your head info up to date. Like your description and keywords. The index page is the most important page for google which is 86% of worldwide searches.
<TITLE>Tylola Trading</TITLE>
<META NAME="Keywords" content="Add your Keywords">
<META NAME="Description" content="Add Store description here.">
The above is what google first sees and as you can see there is nothing there that tells it about the page. The second would be to add a robot txt to tell google to follow all links from the home page, then put links at the bottom of the page that relate to each of the section of goods you have for sale.
Then repeat this for every page.
Once you've done all this and have given it time to refresh with google then you will be ready to optimise your site. For the size of your site I would estimate it taking 3 hrs per month and you'll pay around £150.
Hope that helps.
Regards
Gary
