One of these days they will "wake up" to the fact it would help them with sales if they got on others' schedules.
There are entire call centers in India whose employees work 8 to 8 US Eastern Time. That's just their schedule, day in and day out. The employers even pay cabs or vans to take them home at 5 AM their time.
