order01ec@hotmail.com is a scam. Fails to provide website and writes perfect English which is unlikely for someone in China. Offers EMS tracking numbers before payment as a guarantee but the tracking number is fake!
Probably you should avoid anything coming from Trade Key as they have no control of scammers and all inquiries somehow leaked out to the scammers.
