Based on your statements, I don't think you'll be happy with any company processing cards. Ultimately, everyone answers to AMEX/Discover/MC/Visa. The protection for a seller comes from the protection policies set forth from GCO/PayPal or your merchant processor. I've always followed all of the processor requirements, never making exceptions, and have yet to lose a chargeback (very few filed).

Are these people "scammed" from merchant processers following all the seller protection policies? Many (including people on this forum) haven't taken the time to actually read AND follow all policies, completely. You will always find complaints against a company, even the best companies out there, but when's the last time you came across a dedicated site praising a company?
