I have been looking at some properties to buy in the West Midlands and South cost over the last few months.
Just going on what people are asking for there has been a sudden down turn - just take a look at those properties under new instruction of recently reduced. One place was up for £160K and they knocked £30K off it - that is about the 20% downturn in one go.
It wasnt an isolated case either.
