Depends on how serious you are and how fussy you are when it comes to the .com ....If you just want to get your site online with a short name to see how it goes and get a few reviews I sujest getting a free domain names.. (Basically the same as a paid for domain name but with a few adds.) Then get a free web host. Ie .tk so your website for example will be at
www.freewebhosting.com/mywebsite..then the free host basically lets you create your own link to that but with a shorter name.. ie
www.mywebsite.tk. Sorry I couldn't explain it better been a while since Ive been in the technical side of websites. And of course if you want .com and no adds then ignore this :P
