Sam Lombardo; Uneducated Of Sports Shoes
As with any business, it can be expected to have a couple unhappy clients, for whatever reason, when a business is dealing with thousands of clients.
Unfortunately, Sam Lombardo is one of them. His situation could have been rectified if he had cooperated. He chose not to. Instead, he chose to want to end everything immediately and demand a refund instead of working with us to attain his product. Additionally, he is obviously choosing to be dishonest and slander and defame others, because his refund was denied. There wasn't reasonable cause for refund when he refused to work with us to rectify the problem, in which he was aware that his country maintains. The actions that Sam has chosen to display is not that of one that is well versed with identifying authentic sports shoes. He refused proof of authenticity, and he refused to allow our company to accommodate his problem. A professional educated business man does not react the way as Sam has. It may have not been possible to rectify the problem, due to the fact that Sam had already botched the issue with customs; whom is with a difficult country to ship into in the first place. He has been offered a re-shipment; re-shipped differently of course. Again, he refuses. If he were educated with identifying authentics from fakes, he would have worked with us to assist him in attaining his product, one way or another.
We have found in this business that very many people do not spent the time to learn the differences between fakes and authentics. We've only had a couple people out of 1000's, question authenticity. However, after they do their homework, (and of course there are always those few that don't want to bother,) they learn our products are authentic. Mind you; we have haven't had a professional business question the authenticity. The couple people that have questioned, and learned of our products authenticity, weren't professional businesses that had been in the business for a while; rather they were beginners trying to start out in this business. Those of that sort are serious professional people, and usually continue to a successful future. This is due to their mature professionalism and receptiveness to learn everything of the product; as is necessary with any product, and in which all successful businesses insure they achieve.
On our final note; our company and ibuildstar perform the best we can to achieve customer satisfaction. We can prove our products authenticity, and we always deliver; both of which we guarantee. If one wants to refuse authenticity and guaranteed delivery, then it is impossible to achieve customer satisfaction; to no fault of our own or ibuildstar.
A final note of honesty; the only complaints we've ever had were of how long delivery can take. To add to that problem, we have no control over delays any customs or freight companies may choose to incorporate. However, if one studies international trading, they acquire the knowledge that a lot of deliveries take a lot longer than ours. Therefore, extended delivery time isn't unusual for authentic products arriving from manufacturers overseas. However, if one isn't well versed with the logistics of attaining authentic products from suppliers and trading companies overseas, which is where most products originate from, then their inexperience of such would promote complaint and disappointment. As far as fake products; one can attain them from overseas inside of a week.
Realistically; this type of behavior and slander would never occur with a mail order company or a department store. They have terms, conditions, and protocols to follow, as we do, as all legit businesses do. However, some inexperienced unseasoned non-business people, appear to think that they may react with slander and threats to internet businesses; whereas, they wouldn't do such with a mail order department store, per say.
We can't speak for all the different companies listed on ibuildstar. However, we know for a fact that ibuildstar goes to every extreme to assure what they have to offer on their website is legit and authentic. However, with the multitude of fraud to this day, it would be impossible for them to be 100% perfect. That is impossible for any business, as no one can control what others may do or change with their dealings. Ibuildstar strives for customer satisfaction as we do. That is why we have worked together. We both have multitudes of 1000's of clients. With Hellafidestuff's 1000's of clients, Sam Lombardo is the only one that has tried to insist our products are fake. We wouldn't have large businesses as repeat customers if our products were fake.
This response says it all, and there need be nothing else said. Any serious business person/company, as well as Hellafidestuff and ibuildstar, wouldn't put any of their time into this wasteful issue, due to the realism of them having a life and a successful business future; therefore negating any time for drama and childs play.
