No, but I'll blame PayPal for expecting to think sellers will send expensive goods for FREE when PayPal decide to keep hold of the money until the goods are received and feedback is left on eBay just so the buyer can say they haven't received it and claim both the item AND the money back. I'll blame PayPal for automatically deciding in the buyer's favour no matter what. I'll blame PayPal for ruining business thanks to their greed. I'll blame PayPal/eBay for borderline-illegally 'forcing' sellers to accept PayPal.
Take Google Checkout - yes, they have strict verification but after that you're laughing. 1.5% final value fee plus 15p? That's EXCELLENT. You can get verified with PayPal and loose sleep because you're just waiting to see what they'll do to your account next. Surely you can't deny that? If so, you're one of the lucky ones.
