This is a great idea Guru! I'll add a couple pretty common terms that you may come across while wholesaling:
ICPO - Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
POS - Proof of Stock (not piece of ****)
PO - Purchase order
POA - Purchase order Adjustment
