How do you make your meeting more professional if you have to contact them via email, an example is if you live in New Zealand and the company is in America. I usually don't do phone contact until I feel I know the company is legit and interested in me as a customer. Its my opinion and point of view. Any tips for a professional contact via email or phone please?
