Yes that site is.

It looks good until you notice the web design stuff. Sadly, that's almost immediate. That makes it tacky. Sort of "Jack the Lad, We're in it for a couple of bob" sort of feel to it. Utterly detracts from the first-glance "These guys look like a professional outfit of mortgage and finance brokers".

The two are unrelated. Web space is cheap. if you can do your own sites, why not do one for each?

I have to agree with all of anotheruser's points. Advertising a mobile number makes you seem like a plumber, if you catch my drift.

Thanks for the comments guys, any more will be appreciated.

The web design section will be getting removed. And also the mobile number is their cause we are moving offices, and we fear disruption to our 0870 number, so we have placed a mobile up there.

Header needs a look at as it doesn't have the professional appeal that a financial site should do IMO.

Seems overly cluttered from a product service perspective, I do not get an instant clarity of the service that you offer without a little thought (esp. with the web design element discussed above).

Layout is actually quite good once you detract from the above..

Landing page (base URL) needs some work from a professional outfit perspective...

SEO is non existent, esp standards like Meta Tags, Header disciplines (H1, H2 tags etc), Anchor Text is there but may need refining...
