You can find all sorts of mods at the OSC site. But they call them "contributions". Mods for CubeCart, contributions for OSC.

I don't get into that sort of thing. It's your site, your business, you have to make a choice as to what will fit your way of doing business. Something I'd like may be the worst one for your way of doing business.
At least you have a choice......

You have changed it to 777? some servers are okay with 775 but 777 is everything set to write.
Its been a month or two since i last tinkered with and installed OSC v2.2 RC1
But isn't it: /public_html/yoursite.com/includes/configure.php ??
Using your ftp client simply change the chmod to 777 or tick all the boxes.
Any problems im sure they're are lots of ppl on here that will be able to help.

Some hosts / server operators will not allow register globals ON. It's claimed to be a security risk.
The people I use for my hosting business have it set to ON, they say they have never had any incident where it lead to a problem.
OSC must have it ON. If your host does not allow it, you may have to make other arrangements.
