Default Second Life

Have any other members looked into advertising on Second Life?

I understand its a computer game, but with other big companies going in their to advertise, should we follow?

I am thinking about it! But havn't made the jump yet!

Big audience, but i don't know how you'd target it if you were a niche business, such as yourself.

I agree, but there are islands on Second Life that have been setup and run for the Forces! The thing is I don't know if my programming skills are up to makeing a building, let alone adverts on the building. lol

But maybe ill dip my feet in, and see what happends.....

haha. I've heard some people make a living out of selling virtual real estate on second life! Worth a try, but there is a lot of serious competitors on there.

Gooood luck to you!

I've heard this also.

Its amazing to see how much people spend on virtual reality... makes business sense for those doing it though, fair play!

The majority of the real estate is owned by one person however...a businessman in china I believe that cottoned on to teh potential quickly.

Its a massive "Life simulator" you can have a free account and have a look around, or a paid account and own LAND - this is where it gets interesting, if you own land, you can place buildings / adverts on it! But you can also make items! and sell them..... any money earn't can then be converted back into real world money!
