Default Where is a good place to advertise a new website?

I've recently launched a new website selling computer related goods. Where would be a good place to advertise it?

What is your target market?

Presumably you thought about who your target market are and how you would reach them before launching your new venture?

I'd recommend using Google AdWords. You need to make sure you can convert the visitors to customers though, or it could be a very expensive exercice with very little (if any) return! Get a few people to review your site and listen to their feedback, it will help you a lot.

Once you've ran AdWords for some time, look at which keywords are providing the most traffic/ sales and start to work on their natural search engine positions. In the long run, this will save you a lot of money.

There are millions of ways to promote your site, many of which have been discussed before, I'd recommend using the search for this one.

Nice site - like the impression of quality you get when the screen loads up. Did you design it yourself?

Only some of the site was my design. The theme was an Apple iweb theme, the formatting was my own work.

Article Marketing is a VERY powerful in physical goods market, since not many website owners are aware of it. (It's an over used strategy in IM World though)

Hi I'm new to this forum but run a marketing agency. On quick word of advice I would offer with your site is make it look like an online shop by moving the shop page as the index page. The least amount of clicks a customer has to go through to find a product the better.
