Ok I'll give it a go. This is all meant to be helpful and not just out to rubbish it. If all goes to plan I may well be asking the same question in a week or so time so you can get your own back then.

1. I don't like the initial landing page, if you can't put the shop in the http root folder for some reason then a) change the DNS to go to where you want or b) use php or http-equiv with 0 delay

2. Quite a few of the descriptions have stray characters in them. See quote

3. Company registration number is missing

4. Telephone number?

5. "Shipping & Returns" doesn't actually contain a returns policy. If nothing else this opens you up to paying the return postage when a customer changes there mind under the distance selling regs.

Coulour schemes dont gell well and images are too compressed

Looks like just about every other oscommerce site out there (maybe NOT a bad thing)

spell check it and get someone to proof read it.
dont send people away from your site with links to other sites.
images are too small even when you click to enlarge, you still cant see the product
lose the heading 'short description" and "description"
are the product descriptions and photographs your own? if not do you have permission to reproduce them?

Hope you don't think we are being too negative - it's good that you are giving this a go - many don't.

However, I feel you have the basics wrong enough to warrant a critique. Your website as it currently stands doesn't do enough to make serious buyers.........well.....buy!

I think you are off to a great start but it just needs a little tweaking. I would definitely add some information about you and your store policies. Where you are located, address, phone number, payments accepted. Do you ship worldwide? What is your return policy?

add these to the above comments and it needs more than a little tweaking......

at least be honest with the guy so he can rectify it and make a living.
