hi,
i'm starting up my website and currently putting in products etc.
My question is if i'm allowed to quote the price of a same t-shirt on the usc website, or any other website for that matter?
thanks

usc website?
If the price your selling the tees for are the same price as this "usc website" it would be fine.

OK you can list what ever price your selling an item at and again I don't know who/what this "usc website" is.

A lot of companies seem to do this now (currys, argos, asda and tesco I think). Would make sure 100% first though.

Say "compare at" or "sold elsewhere for" or "others advertise at" something of that nature.

The law has changed now with regards to advertising your prices are cheaper than X store, take a look at the big supermarket adverts.
Not sure if this applies to online sales, or just TV adverts.

Hi there,
The only thing that I would be worried about is that they could change thier price at any time and then what you would be saying on your website is wrong.
Also people do shop around so they will see that your price is the same if not lower.
