I have recently opened an account for hosting at Betterwebspace unfortunately I am having problems receiving emails from them have checked the deleted box and the anti Spam folder, the emails are not in those, I have also checked the blocked senders list and they are not on that.

I received the order and payment conformation emails but not the one that tells you about the logins and usernames, Keiron has since sent the info to a different address but I am worried that I am missing important emails from them, any ideas why I might not be getting the emails?

I also need to know what the SMTP outgoing address is, any ideas how I find this out, as I cannot email them?

Incoming POP3 and outgoing SMTP servers settings are

mail.yourdomain.com

Incoming mail server should be in the format

emailusername+yourdomain.com

You also need to set up your email accounts with passwords and usernames in the Cpanel.
