Do link swaps with people, that increases traffic, but you should only do it on sites related to your business.

I have a website www.premiumwholesaleuk.com, It is a free wholesale directory, you can submit your link to there for free, there are also many other sites like this, Its all about getting your name heard. Theres also the Trader magazine.

I do SEO, If your interested on me optimizing all the keywords etc on your website, I can do it cheap, but It is worth having a look into it yourself first....... I can also do reports on websites at a low cost which gives you suggestions etc.

The best piece of advice that I can give when optimising for search engines is do not focus on keyword competitiveness, do not simply assume that the phrase is to hard to get a top 10 position (ie. front page). For example, Google "Ebay Forum" and my site ranks position 1 AND 2 outta 28.9 million results which includes Ebay's own forums...

Now I am no expert but one thing I have done is follow the basics of SEO (all info is freely available on the net), ignore any of the fancy new ideas or the spammy methods that guarentee quick results but rarely deliver. Structure your efforts and the work will pay off..

One of the key things is relevency, I cannot stress how much this can add to a weighting. Also remember that links are value driven in both search engine terms and traffic terms.

Some good advice. Its helped me too . Thank you.

Also i would like to add my share of some Knowledge on the best way to drive traffic to your website.

So you have a site which sells or has a focus on a particular brand or service...

Right !

Then at its simplest form target your traffic that approach your site and are still intrested in that desired area.

KEEP THEM HOOKED ON !

So if you are selling Gsm Phones like myself .. I suggest you find out who the top ranked mobile/cell phone suppliers are and kindly ask them to link you.

Ofcourse for this you need to pay a small sum of advetising fee as the world is very greedy and not generous.

This small investment will guaranteed in return drive good traffic on a daily basis and you might end up getting SALES !!!

If you dont get sales witthin days ' do not panic ! be patient ! and continue to wory your strategy.

TARGET THE TRAFFIC TO YOUR SITE ! APPROACH THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY ON THE TOP AND GET THEIR SHARE !

BEST OF LUCK !

Sharaaz
