Default Rebranding DAC UK

I have taken the opportunity of my misfortune and rebranded with a nice new logo and a new site to join it shortly, i love it but it cost me almost double what my old logo and site did, what do you make of it?

I see why you say its a bit banky, its similar to TSB but TSB is a horse. It cost me £25 and was made for me by a company in Liverpool called Simple Web Solutions who are constructing my site for £120 which is a bargain, but my last logo cost £10! but only had 1 format they gave me 12 variations for use on letterheads, mailers, website and even business cards. The site is dac-uk.com but is not yet up

Lose the tag line/slogan, it's very tacky and amateurish imo. Also play about with some of the fonts to find something a little more suitable, colour scheme is nice.

What's your niche? As I can't tell what you sell looking @ your logo, which isn't a good thing really...

Logo SHOULD represent what you're doing.

DAC UK is the parent company for my health company, gaming company and my old retail store company. The individual businesses have their own names and logos.

so DAC UK logo represents my company in general and is the company that other businesses will deal with

In that case, it may not be that bad.
