help on my website renewing hosting and domain

hi, i have registered and paid, both betterwebspace and 1-2-3 reg, i dont know really which is which but 1 is for hosting and 1 is for the domain name, could you tell me which is which, i know my usernames and passwords to log into my admin area and control panel but, i have deleted all my email addresses from which i registered under these two. i think i have paid for 2 years on each one but how can i tell when it runs out and how can i renew it as i cant read my emails from the old email addresses. basically i just want to renew it and update my email address with them, the last thing i want happening is for it to randomly shut down when the hosting or domain runs out. thanks

betterwebspace is you hosting company and 123reg is for your domain.

Your domain needs renewing on or before 18-April-2008

Check with betterwebspace regarding you hosting package

Also try to log into 123reg site, if you cant contact them for your log in details and then update your email.

BWS uses modern bill and you need to contact Kieron (sales [at] betterwebspace [dot] com) and explain what is what and you can then get your email address updated on his billing system and you will recieve an email with 14 days notice of your need to renew your hosting package (you will have signed up for 12 months probably).

It is advisable to have a dedicated email address for your domains/hosting so that you know that any pertinent information will get through to you.

thanks, will contact keiron, yeah i am pretty sure i signed up for 12 months, and you say that he will contact me with 14 days notice before the hosting runs out, also double d how do you knwo that my domain needs renewing on 18 april 2008

did an whois on your site domain
