You are mixing design and functionality. So let's start there.
Forget the looks for a minute. Is there anything about the way your site WORKS that you do not like? Does it make the sales and collect the money, etc. as it should?
If you are happy with that, you don't need a new site, you just need a new template, or what CubeCart calls a "skin".
If you don't like the way it works, if you don't like what you have to do in the admin section, then maybe you do need a new everything. But what you have is about the easiest to use of all the carts. You don't want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire.
If it is just the looks, you need to go here, for a start. This is a list of folks who design skins for CubeCart. See what they have to offer. There are some that are free, some are quite reasonably priced and then these same people can do a custom skin just for you, it you have the budget for it.
Yes, you can have one like the one above. How deep are your pockets? You can even have one managed for you, so you just collect the orders. But again, it will cost. With websites, everything is possible, but they are not all cheap.
If it's just the design of your current cart, than the answer is not "build you a site", but provide a new skin for the site you have.
Like beauty, the look of websites is only skin deep.
