In the cart you create, what sorts of things could I do with it and which payment methods are accepted?
Do you take a fee per transaction?
And finally you said the template/skin would cost a lot, but do you know where I could find it, or someone who could design it for me.
Thanks

You can do virtually anything you want to do. It's really more like you telling me what you want to do, then gearing a cart to achieve your ends. You can play music in the background, although I advise against it. You can have downloadable files of music, text or video. You can add unlimited products in unlimited categories and sub-categories. Again, what do you want to do?
Depending on the cart chosen, up to 40 or so payment processors. All take PayPal, many take GooglePay, all take various standard merchant accounts, as well a many other PayPal types, Moneybookers and more.

I do not take a fee per transaction, but the processors do.
There are a number of designers available. Many specialize in one specific type cart, others can be more general. And prices are all over. You can get existing templates from for free to a couple of hundred dollars, custom templates may run $500 or so.
The site you link to is a highly developed site and frankly, from the very basic questions you are asking, I would suggest you start with something not quite so involved. Few businesses start with something like that their first day online, that is something that evolves over time as their online business thrives and they become more internet savvy.
However, if you have the budget for it, you can have one now.
