Hi all its been a while since ive posted, Ive been travelling. I recently bought an ipod from mr.mobiles on ebay, he is no longer registered by the way. He seems to have ripped quite a few people off, just look at his feedback! His company name is fonexs and he is based in Nelson, just to make people aware.

If you want an iPod the number 1 seller on there is someone called saabman he owns the place.

I got my money back off this idiot! I threatened him with legal action and he sent my money back through registered post the next day. Result! What do you think the next step is? Is his crime serious enough for the fraud office?

What surprised me is the amount of people still buying from him when his record clearly shows he cant be trusted.

I think these people need to do something to reclaim their money back. Fortunately for you you got your money back but its down to those people to make the claim as it stands they have been defrauded.

Personally id try and contact the buyers through ebay and inform them on what you did and perhaps that would help resolve their problems

thats some of the worst feedback iv seen and its obvious why, i would contact the ebay members he has scammed and get them all to threaten him with small claims and police. If he has refunded you he will surely refund the rest with those threats

Sounds like a good idea. Threaten him with a small claims court and scammers tend to give in and refund you.

A bit of further information I have unearthed based on the address above - 192.com list a business called Steve Auto Traders there and Yell.com lists a mobile phone number for said business.. I think he may be getting a call tonight..
