You are right. The brand named electronics can only be bought through authorized districutors. If there's anyone in China offer you 1/3 cheaper price from Putian, Shenzhen, Beijing, Guangzhou...anywhere in China, they're either scammers or trying to sell you fake or counterfeit goods.
Staying away from those traps!

Hey guys, very interesting thread. Like many, i have already paid a company in china for the goods via wire transfer, and i am still waiting. I am still in the reasonable waiting period before knowing if anything went wrong. (i did receive email replies after the transaction though).
does anyone know if this company is legit or not?

I would agree with everything you said there you find them on MSN at unsociable hours like 3 - 4 am Chinese time and they tell you they work hard. I told them you are working hard to scam me and I will not fall for it go back to sleep like legitamite workers.

the guy sent me an email to tell me my goods have shipped yesterday, and that he will send me a tracking number tomorrow (why 2 day delay?).(writes from a hotmail account).

china china beware the end is near it is pay back time. The devil within us all is greed. They love we westerns greed.Make fun of everyone of us because they know we are greedy
How can you buy a laptop worth 100s of pounds or branded products at a rediculous price even when the manufacturer is not selling at that price.
They sell below cost price that should ring a bell scam scam scam.
Lets have some fun with these guys.
Me am chating with some nice chinese traders at the moment i know they are scam artist from putian.
We are negotiating price and delivery cost lol these like the movies if not better.
Am going to give the W/T MCTN which of cause will be bogus.
