Re: Alibaba Gold Member Scam
Hey guys, You are all after one province. I sent some money (not much thanks God) to someone in Guangdog province. He checked the payment in 3 days. He sent me tracking number on 18th. After asking my chinese colleague to read the tracking info for me, Whatever he sent originated from the Fujian province instead of Guangdong. So dont think its just only one province. I have not received anything yet on 26th and and tracking shows its still still in Shanghai. The links of this company are:
http://yaojia.en.alibaba.com/contactinfo.html
http://www.yaojiatrade.com/index.asp
The person I dealt with was Frank Liu.
If I realy get genuine things after all, I will have to appologize to this guy for posting this comment about him. But things are not going in the right direction for many many days.
Kashif

Re: Alibaba Gold Member Scam
You should always have an unbiased third party source provide you with due diligence on any company you deal with before you send them any money, or even spend too much time in discussions with them.
You can get a comprehensive report from glo-bis.com for around US$200.
I know some of you have deals which are under US$1000, so you think you shouldn't spend any money on a credit report, but for all of you who lost all your payments and never received your goods, or received shoddy goods, don't you wish you had been safe and checked out the company ahead of time so you hadn't sent them any money in the first place?
Remember the saying - 'better safe then sorry?'
Glo-bis.com can also help you find lists of companies you should be doing business with. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions! Louise@glo-bis.com

You can ask our customer references, we just provide such a service to reduce the risk. We normally send our inspector to meet the factories and take some photos to you. By this way, you can know more about the factory. Sometimes you will meet some problem even for a real factory. Because things are changing always, and most Chinese people will talk big to customers, after you palce your order, you are controled by the factories. So you need your own eyes and ears in the factories to oversee the production, etc. You need know the factories status even you are far away from the factories.

Re: Alibaba Gold Member Scam
This whole working through the night thing I am sure that 90% or more of their business is in the US, or Europe therefore they need to stay up otherwise live chat would be useless for people if they can only contact them at night.
The legitimate company I use normally have someone on at 11pm and 9am here and throughout the day!
