Scam Tip: The perpetrators Yan Li = Lee and Kaelyn Chen use the same display picture on MSN of a young nice looking Chinese girl to lure you and could be
definitely the same person all together under different alias.

September 26th, 2009 - I made payment by Western Union in the amount of
$336.00 to the shipping address/account below as instructed by agent/employee
of SuperJerseyStore and BeautyOnLines (Kaelyn Chen).

September 26th, 2009 - Agent (Kaelyn Chen) under beautychoices@hotmail.com
confirmed (MTCN#) and payment was received and needed in order to proceed with my order.
September 30th, 2009 - After 4 days, I was finally given a tracking number and
was told by agent (Kaelyn Chen) alias beautychoices@hotmail.com) that due to a
60 anniversary National Day all packages which were sent out were stuck in EMS
Worldwide Express Mail Service office. At this point, this was of high
concern to me. But agent (Kaelyn Chen = beautychoices@hotmail.com) continued to tell me not to worry.
September 30th, 2009 - I confirmed through other sources that indeed there was
a holiday in China and waited very nervously for another week to check status
of package through EMS Worldwide Express Mail Service.
October 8th, 2009 - I emailed agent (Kaelyn Chen = beautychoices@hotmail.com)
again to update on package due to invalid tracking number.
October 8th, 2009 - Agent (Kaelyn Chen = beautychoices@hotmail.com) replied
that there was a problem with my package and she would contact EMS Worldwide Express Mail Service.
Note: This was the last time I heard or spoke to this agent (Kaelyn Chen =
beautychoices@hotmail.com). I email him/her and tried to flag him/her on MSN
messenger and no reply.
October 9th, 2009 - As all scams go, there's always accomplices. Beware of
second scammer ---> (Yan Li = alias Lee = alibuyertrust@hotmail.com) and
currently listed as a main contact on the website www.superjerseystore.com
along with alias agrinoon@hotmail.com; agrinoon@yahoo.com.cn.
October 9th, 2009 - I spoke to (Yan Li = alias Lee =
alibuyertrust@hotmail.com) to find out what was going on with my goods and why
agent (Kaelyn Chen) alias beautychoices@hotmail.com had not replied to my many emails.
October 9th, 2009 - (Yan Li) alias Lee = alibuyertrust@hotmail.com) proceeded
to tell me via MSN messenger that agent alias Kaelyn Chen was out of the
office and I was just trying to contact him/her prior to her shift. I
explained to Lee that time never use to be a problem.
October 9th, 2009 - (Yan Li = alias Lee = alibuyertrust@hotmail.com) also
alerted me that there was a problem with my package and that it was stuck in
China customs but he could not do anything for me and that I must contact
(Kaelyn Chen = beautychoices@hotmail.com) for update.
Please note: At this time agent (Yan Li = alias Lee =
aibuyertrust@hotmail.com) did not indicate any issus/problems with agent
(Kaelyn Chen).
October 10th, 2009 - After several emails and attempts to Kaelyn Chen and Yan Li I emailed the following:

Okay people, this is the last email notice I will be sending out before taking immediate action.
This decision is a result of several attempts to contact everyone in this company through emails and MSN messenger and no reply's or indication that you will be shipping my product for items purchased since 9-25-09 for a total of $336.00 US dollars.
It is becoming very clear that you have no intension of shipping my goods due to the lack of communication after my money was wired to you.
Therefore, I will allow you one last opportunity (1) day to contact me via email or MSN to let me know when you will ship my goods.
Otherwise, I will proceed on reporting your company as a fraudulent, (Scam), (Fake) (Criminal) business. I am a member of Alibaba and other respected organizations in China. I will make sure that no one does business with Super (www.superjerseystore.com) or (www.beautyonlines.com) or any other company you operate under.
I hope we can resolve this issue and it does not result to this.
You should be ashamed for yourself. As you only give all the other suppliers in China a bad name and will only keep customers away from doing business in China.

As of today, October 15, 2009 - No product.
Oct 15, 2009 - I spoke to the head of the company (Bayden Hua) who informs me that the agent (Kaelyn Chen) who processed my order for his company was fired 2 months ago and there is nothing he can do for me since he did not receive any funds even after confirming the address the funds were transfered was his very own.
Oct 15, 2009 - I forwarded an email above to (Bayden Hua) from agent/employee (Yan Li = Lee = alibuyertrust@hotmail.com) to point out that just a week ago his own agent was still leading me to believe that my goods have already been shipped.
Oct 15, 2009 - I flagged agent (Yan Li = Lee = alibuyertrust@hotmail.com) on MSN messenger and he also gave me the news for the first time that (Kaelyn Chen) was fired from the company for not following company policy and cheating customer's including myself.
Oct 15, 2009 - This was the first time either Yan Li and Bayden Hua communicated this news to me.
Oct 15, 2009 - Head of company Bayden Hua clearly stated to me that he does not claim responsibility for the action of his employees. Therefore, If I was scammed by any of his employees he can not be held responsible and will not ship my goods.
Sad to say the head of company who is currently a Gold Member of Alibaba
who refused to take responsibility for the actions of his employees and refused to compensate me for my loss. Basically I was told that I was screwed out of
luck.
Now there's definitely something wrong with the Gold Member Alibaba process.
I believe we need to raise high Alert so that these people do not continue to operate in this corrupted manner.
I have since submitted a fraud claim to
