Whatever you do, do not use www.rhinomart.com. they are a scam. i bought 24 'used' xbox 360 games from them and right out of the box 6 didnt work. There goes 60 dollars. then the ones that did work were terribly scratched and when i tried to sell them on ebay because they had originally worked for me, i got literally 3 or 4 complaints and messages for money back. It was terrible. Then the owers of www.rhinomart.com refuse to give me a refund for the games that dont work, and i dont mean like they had one or two scratches. Like they were damaged beyond repair. They are a complete scam and i just thought you should know. I literally lost over a $200 to these scam artists, AND i want to make sure no one else does the same. They are liars and will send you one or two working products while the rest are utter junk.

You are cross posting, sbrends47. What's more, you're not bothering to follow the threads you are interrupting to see if it is appropriate to post there or looking to see if you are starting a new thread under the correct section heading.

That shows us you don't care about anyone else and you are incapable of showing any courtesy. Do you have anything to contribute to this forum?

DM is right. Before ordering always read the terms of service. Better luck next time.

That's flea market stuff, not ebay stuff. Rent a table, set it out and let nature take it's course. Best to know a bit about fixing them up, or at least swaping cases to make the working ones look better.

Buying used stuff can work if - you know where to sell it - flea markets / car boots and you can do a little patching and such. Not just xboxes, but all sorts of used and returned goods.

What info?

Mods, this thread is getting far too much emphasis. It is in the wrong place. It is going nowhere. The OP hasn't had the decency to ask for it to be moved to the right place. Would you please delete it?

Hey, sorry if this sounds like we're beating a dead horse, or if I'm even posting in the right area. I just stumbled onto this site with link that titled Rhinomart's a scam. And since I work here, it was hard for me to resist defending what we're selling. Our site www.rhinomart.com has made many major changes to our products and offerings. Instead of buying blind, and not being able to know the exact mix of your desired contents, we provide a detailed listing of 90% of our products and do so with actual photos. We also add notations cautioning buyers of potential defects right on each product page. We are doing our best to be as transparent as possible. We are doing our best, but with help, we can do better. Our goals are to retain existing buyers, lure new buyers with less risk by buying smaller (more detailed descriptive) lots, and make our site as user automated as possible so that each prospective buyer can view, shop and find shipping rates without ever having to call us...however, we are here just for that purpose (answer any questions). We've also added online chat and free online call backs so that our users are not bothered with any costs to communicate with us.

I understand many of you on this forum can appreciate sincere honesty, and integrity...though in the years it's become a rare trait in the wholesale closeouts and customer returns industry. So, what I was really hoping for is by responding to this thread, and hoping not to insult or further upset anyone here...is if those of you that have visited our site, if there are any deficiencies to our descriptions or any suggestions that would further benefit the user on our site to please come forward with it. I would welcome it and try to implement it right away. You guys may see it differently and help us improve our operations and our users or buyers experiences as well. Thanks,

REp, it's more that there are a lot of newbies here and they see a good price and think they are getting sealed boxes from the factory. Who reads fine print, until it's too late. Even by the poster's admission, he got what you said he'd get, he just expected better.

with all the information here, elsewhere on the net and on sites like yours, someone can't say they haven't been told when buying store returns, shelf pulls, overstocks, etc.

Maybe they even believe in the tooth fairy.

Pete's right, Rep. Except a lot of the newbies are actually kids and not yet mature enough to handle the knocks which are a trading inevitability. That's not so much an age comment, by the way. Some of the fifteen year olds on here handle themselves very well, whilst some who lead me to believe they must be in their twenties are, frankly, immature.

sbrends47 sounds as though he has spent his pocket money where he shouldn't have been in the first place and wants to blame somebody else. If he's telling the truth, he's spent $2.40 per game or maybe something less than $10 per game depending which figure means anything. He's so angry he's having difficulty expressing himself clearly.

But look further. He's offloading them on eBay - as what and at what price? Who's being dishonest? I ask myself, the supplier or the OP?

He could have made a good profit on them as used games at a car boot/flea market. He was the one who chose to take the "easy route".

Strikes me you are the one who can hold his head high here, RM_Rep.
