Alright guys,

New to the forums, thought someone might be able to help

I have just dealt with this wholesale company, through a member of their team on MSN (gwseo-customerservicekelly@hotmail.com), not sure if that rings a bell for anyone but anyway heres a long story short.

I brought a PS3 console on their for 330 Euros, (paid through paypal), and basically never received it.

I filed a complaint through paypal and got 1 Euro back! Clearly they banked the cash quick.

But still they are after more money claiming that it is held is customs with a fee charge of 140 Euros and a 9 Euro fine day by day, it has now totaled to 180 Euros, and im unsure whether to pay it...

they say they don;t have a tracking number until it is released from customs, but surely they must post it first with a tracking number for it to reach customs?

Have I been done out of £280 quid here and just accept it, or take the risk and give them the 180 Euros to see if they are genuine...

Cheers guys.

Islander

so PayPal's not safe then so if a scammer excepts PayPal they can still get away with you funds maybe you should of paid via credit card through PayPal then you could of charged back.
