But what comes over my head is that, he was giving you bulls""t excuses for what? 6 months?
If the products didnt arrive within 3 weeks, i could have escalated this issue then, waiting 6 months, who knowns, he could be on a little island, just waisting away your money.

Let us know where you get with this

the police are always a waste of time unless there are loads of people who have been scammed... only then will they give it there attention. one complaint is not worth their time following up

It's very simple.

Go to the police. I don't for one minute believe you have been told by the police that they arn't interested unless there is something you are not telling us.

When I first started out (many moons ago!) I got scammed out of a couple of hundred quid which is alot when I was 14! I spoke to the police who inturn spoke to the scammer. This scared him into paying me back.

Do you have paperwork for this deal? E.G. a written document that details the terms of the deal, or a reciept? If not then you can't sell the debt to 'heavies'.

Just go round with a baseball bat and start smashing stuff up until they give the money back.

The violence route will get you nowhere fast. Believe me I know

It's a clear case of deception, so you should have no problems going to the Police. You may get a conviction but I really doubt you will see a single penny returned. I am just being realistic.
