+ The site asks you to send the money to Italy but the domain is registered to someone in the U.S.
+ Western Union told me Italy has a high frequency of scams
+ Qoute: "We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)."

This is a U.K. law having nothing to do with Italy or U.S.
