Chauncee marks no one believes anything you have to say. I know of all the people you have ripped. And what about the paycheck i never got? you owe me more then $3000 for a paycheck for 2 weeks back in April. You never pay anyone. You owe baby sitters money and you owe lots of others.

Chauncee marks can not sell anything. She has no way to get anything she sells. She claimed when i met her to work with nokia and Apple. She scammed several people while i worked with her that i found out about after quitting. And when i started calling her for my paycheck she quickly changed her phone #. when i found the new # she changed it and has done so over and over in order to keep away. The FBI and the Atlanta and Charolotte police are investigating her. I was told by the DET for the Dept that she scammed one person out of more then 11,000 and many more for thousands each.

Not one person has ever received anything from chauncee marks.
1. She has no way to take payment. She uses paypal till people file a claim and then she moves onto another paypal account.
2. She has no other payment methods she can use because she has scammed so many people they have blocked her.
3. She refuses to ever allow anyone to pick up in person because she cant scam anyone if they dont pay till after they see the product.

She is 100% nothing but a scammer. She was kicked out of her place that she had because she could not afford to pay the rent. Chauncee marks claims to own abide records, be a singer (ha this lady cant sing a tune in a bucket) , She claims to have all these companies. Please she has no company.

If you believe anything she has to say then none of us will feel sorry for you. I have report after report after report of people she has scammed. She owes at least a dozen people paychecks plus baby sitters.

How do people like chaucnee marks get away with such scams? ripping people out of more then 11k and then she claims to have made a mistake or the product did not come in. She will make up any story to get someone to feel sorry for her.

When i confronted her about her scams she started balling and telling me she did not mean to scam anyone she just trying to make money for her poor kids and on and on. I told her i did not feel sorry for her and she just acted like i was the horrible person because of that.

Maybe all of us should contact the FBI and the charlotte police and let them know about chauncee marks and her scams.

I know for a fact chauncee marks has no way to get iphones or anything else she is selliing. except at full retail price same as anyone else.

Chauncee marks and her claims about she was not money hungry. Oh please. She was the one who refused to do any deal in which she could not make allot of money per transaction. She also approchaed me because i had contacts in the mobile phone business. I worked directly with A nokia distributor and still do.

This is how at the time mrs marks wanted to get iphones. She would try to hire people in states with no sales tax and have them go to the local apple store and pick up iphones for her and ship them out. But that is the silliest thing i ever heard and i told her why not just work with an APple distributor. She said she did not want to do it that way. So please tell me chauncee marks how do you buy iphones at retail cost and sell them to someone below retail cost and make money?

She wanted me to go down to my apple store and buy iphones. I told her not till she sent me the money to do so and she kept saying well she would once she sold the iphone. I offered her to work direct with an apple supplier and the largest nokia dealer in the US. She did not want to work that way she claimed to have all these people that could help.

Yes she is right she did not want to expand her business at all. When i tried to show her how real people do business with real wholesalers. She did not want to deal with anyone who would not via paypal or green dot or some other stupid payment method.
We did not butt heads at all. I just offered her the chance to grow and advice on how wholesale truly works but she said she could not do anything like that because if someone did a fly and buy they could scam her and they might kill her to get the phones.

Once i started getting calls from people about that she owed them money and when i would ask her about it she would say she is working on a refund for them. Most everyone i talked to that needed refunds had paid with greendot or some other form of payment. And this thing about paypal is false too. She gave me access to her paypal account and funny thing is she had people saying she owed them money she said she didnt have the money and i look at her paypal account and she would be spending $350 a night at a hotel and $70 to have her nails done 2-3x a week and then hundreds of dollars on expensive clothing.

when i asked her about this she would say well its not my fault people dont want to wait for the phones. I have expenses i need to do and as a business women she had to look nice and stay in a nice places.

One of the other ladys who worked with her when chauncee did not pay her called me and she was telling me she was in charge of putting the money in the bank and when chauncee told her she could not pay her she said it was suppsoedly because she did not have the money. But when she made a deposit at the bank there was thousands upon thousands of dollars in her account and she was not broke like she claimed.

Chauncee marks is a pathilogical liar and those are not my words. Those are the words of the police DET and th FBI looking into her case.

OH and as far as allegations. These are not allegations but factual events that can be proven. If not then the FBI would not be involved in this.

Oh one more thing. NO one in this business would send someone 150-200k through paypal. You just dont move that much money through paypal. And no one would also just blindly send money for 300 iphones without proof of them being there. Also no one would trust anyone moving 300 iphones through paypal. They would want fly and buy or the phones put in a FF or something along those lines.

There is no way chauncee could even get her hands on that many iphones.

And with the new rules concerning the new iphones its doubtful she could get her hands on 1 or 2. I rememebr when i worked with her she went down to the apple store and bought 1 phone to take POS of and then tried claiming that she was afraid someone would steal her photos so she would not take photos of anymore but she told me she really only had 1. I told her she could watermark them and she did not even know what that meant.
Heck she did not know how to use google checkout untill i gave her instructions. She is not the business woman she claims to be.

I will never understand people such as chauncee marks. There is millions to be made legitimatly in this business but she would rather scam people and stay on the run to make a few thousand.

If you know where she's living then grab a police office and get her nicked, if you've got proof of her actions then get her arressted and then make a case. She have to pay her bail to leave whilst you make a case and if they think she'll run in the mean time they won't release her.

Don't wait around trying to gather proof, if you know what she's done then get her arrested, then spend time making your case. Doing it the other way round could will just drag this out longer.

We actually have made a report with Crime Stoppers and all they did was take down a complaint/report. We have a confirmation number but thats it. We called the FBI and the police department here in charlotte as well as in Atlanta, GA and they wont do anything. today i have received more information and several contacts in which we will be contacting them tomorrow morning. Thank you for your support though.

whattaya know she has disconnected her number as of monday around 12 and the cops haven't done anything how surprising. But thats fine because i am waiting for my lawyer to contact me back as well as the BBB and the Board Of Labor. I worked 100 hours for 2 and 1/2 weeks at $11 hr plus not to mention anything over 80 for the 2 weeks is time and a half which if i did the math right is something like 16.50 so before taxes my check would have been around $1200 - $1300 if i would have GOTTEN a check and then after taxes i should have received a check for around $875 - $980. But of course I WONT see it because for one if none of this was true she would have showed up monday morning at the office and called every single one of us that had confronted her at her parents house plus the employees that weren't there and given us checks as well proven to us that her so called company "effectual consultants inc" is legit. HOWEVER, she didn't, she disconnected her phone and noone has been able to reach her.THATS FINE THOUGH because if we can't stop her with the help of the police department, detectives or attorneys, Chauncee Marks will mess with the wrong person and it will come to bite her in the butt. I want everyone to remember this "LIFE IS A B***H AND THEN YOU DIE" as well as this "WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND....ITS THAT THING CALLED KARMA" I'm not stopping my life but i am going to continue to fight for what i deserve even if noone else does I will continue to keep up with every name, number and place she decides to go and scam people and if i can help it i will see to it that she is placed behide bars and repays everyone she has scamed their money back!!! If there is anyone out there that has been scammed by chauncee marks please get in contact with me so that we can work together and get her locked up.

I would put an add in the charolotte paper (they may do it for free) telling people to not work with chauncee marks spread it all over town. In the paper in the free classifieds, craigslist and anywhere else. Make sure these people know about this lady and her scamming ways.

Chauncee marks you are one day going to be judged and when you are you sure will wish you had been an honest woman. they will throw the book at you and all your lies and claims and so forth will be no good.
