well, here is a small update, the package has been stuck at the Canadian customs for a week now. Darn, what are they doing with it?? i hope it doesn't stay there 6 weeks like some reports indicate. Funny thing is i had another order, of the same extract , but a small sample size from another provider and it ended up in the same plane, and got to customs at same time. It was freed last Friday and is already here. So, obviously they don't like this big package.

hope it is what it is supposed to be...

the other thing you want to watch out for is them giving you a tracking number thats not valid - been there, done that, got the been scammed t-shirt ;-)

Unless the chinese guy is sending you weed or w/e i wouldent think hard about it... but my teacher said that plants have a sample took out of them when they reach costoms to make sure you cant make drugs out of them

Hi Guys,

well, since the package has been stuck at customs for more than 2 weeks now without any movement, i contacted post canada to inquiry. they told me the package had an estimated time at customs of 5 days, and it was now well over this amount of time. they also can't tell me why it just stays there idle and overdue.

So, now i must ask the chinese seller to begin an inquiry with EMS, seems they can give more info to the sender, and not the receiver. so, i just sent him an email and now, i must wait.

something is fishy...


note: the extracts i ordered are not plants per say, but concentrated powder form. I guess it could explain border suspicion since 10kg of brown powder can raise some flags...

i will post news as soon as i have them...

nice, after a 3 weeks wait, the package has finally been released from customs. I expect it to arrive next monday.

we will soon know the ending of this story; was this a scam or not?

as for your original question.... why the emails?.... simple really.... they want the scam to run as long as possible, not just to get more money from you.... but if you and others started to post warning notices on forums such as this more people would be aware it was a scam and it would start to disintegrate and a new scam would have to be established.

I can now confirm with great confidence that Anhui Minmetals inc. on alibaba IS NOT a scam, and IS a real company offering quality goods.
