Beware venavenga website designs and hosting has ceased trading ,they left no response or leaving there customers any notice whatso ever and took payments upto the day they folded.
really anger as payed for new hosting and they knew they where shutting up.
paypal again is no good as they have cleared out there account.
is there anything i can do to get money back?
ps they are not answering emails.

Cut you losses and goto betterwebspace

Once your hosting is ok then try and get in touch with Lou or Ali(vengavenga)

Yes anthony this is were i knew there was a problem when i came accross that site otherwise i was in the dark and did not have a clue.

The problem i am facing is that the my websites offline and i dont have anyway of getting into it.
i wasnt given any back up.

is it possible to get it hosted by another company to get into my site.
please bear in mind i dont have a clue about this.

No. Unless you know someone who has direct access to vengavenga.com servers then there no way you can recover your data.
