Default www.eqelectronics.com

G'day folks,

I was looking under the advanced search function for eq electronics but couldn't find anything.

Anyone know anything about them, i am pretty sure they are a scam, prices are way too cheap and their website is pretty damm average too.

Their contact details are supposedly;

EQ Electronics,
22 Ruclage Ave., Harlesden, SW4 0QL,
London, United Kingdom
+(44-207) 579-4841

Any confirmation would be appreciated.

Matt,

I love their Conditions of Use section:

First paragraph:

Quote:
Payments made via credit card are available only for small orders. EQ Electronics reserves the right of requesting additional information about billing name, address and credit card such as scanned copies or social security number. EQ Electronics may cancel orders placed by users who will not provide accurate information. Paying via credit card is available only after placing a first order and paying via Western Union. This is a method for protecting against credit card fraud. If you feel that honorating payment for EQ Electronics please contact us.
Add to this their ridiculously low prices and it would seem clear that they are nothing but a scam.

The idiotic plonkers did not even think about their postcode properly. The postcode they mention as their address is about 45 mins away from Harlesden. They are supposed to use NW10 as Harlesden is based in North West London not South West.

£74 for a psp............that is just stupid!!

Lets not forget, for a UK company you can't even see the prices in £s....................like I have said before some of these scammers don't even use their heads.

Its a good thing a lot more people are finding out about this forum before making any hasty decisions. Also the more people using the forum, the higher the google rank.

It certainly is..

I come on here about 3 times a day and I have around 20-30 posts to look at rather than a couple of weeks ago when it was half that..

All the good for the community though..
