Hi ! Every one. I placed an order to this company on Feb. I ordered about 10 bags. And I only got six bags till now. The manager ,Viviana, is very nice before I paid the money. After I paid, she started not to accept my phone call. She sent four bags at the end of April and two bags at May. And she ignore my phone call, message and mail over one month.
At last, I met her on MSN. She laught and said I can't take legal action. She even said I placed a small order so that she can't work. Please ......I placed an order over 5000 Euros on Feb. She delayed my order and lied all the time.She even said UPS lost my package(twice in three months, would you believe it?), but she can't give me any paperwork even tracking number. Because of her , I can't accept any order between March and April. Fortunately, I find a nice buyer on April. Now I place order over 10000 Euros per month. Now the remaining money is about 800Euros, I think she won't pay back my money. It's not a large amount, but I still have to let you know. It's such an awful experience to bargain with her. As I know, I am not the only victim.
