Also having customers worldwide and dealing with hundreds of customers weekly and shipping thousands of goods. Still answering all emails. Succesfully shipping hundreds of products weekly. We still get business and its booming.

ALso have you ever dealt with CREDIT CARD FRAUD. its also 5 days for payments to clear from credit card companies. ALso having checked that its not a credit card fraud which actually protects the card holder. Its for you safety and yes shipping does take 7-10 working days as it says in terms and conditions.

I have to explain but the above client made a payment and wanted delivery virtually the following day.

Also James MArnley is successful selling simlar products.

I'm not sure if Fraz Awan runs n1best and n1-dropshipper as well as 2dreamz but here goes...................................



I’m currently going through a bloody awful process with this supplier.

I sent a payment for 10 iPod Shuffle’s on 9th April.
Now 1st May and still received nothing.

After countless emails trying to find out where my order has got to and receiving reply’s of what I can only describe of as a load of lies, I finally got somewhere. Kind of!!!

I’ve just received an email, now 1st May saying China does not know where my order has got to and that Fraz Awan should refund me. I have asked him to refund me several times before and he has refused but he did say at one point he could refund me through Patrasys, (the company I sent the payment through) but this may take 1-2months to process.

He is now saying he is waiting to be refunded from China so he can refund me.

Also in the email he says 154 orders were recently made and 2 orders did not go to plan, the one of which was mine. Don’t you think he would have enough profit from the other 152 orders to refund me?

In business you should always have the money put by just in-case an order doesn’t go to plan. That was, you are able to refund your customer and keep them happy.

I have now had to threaten him with court proceedings if I do not receive my refund.


:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: I WILL NOT be using Fraz Awan from 2dreamz ever again. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hi there

In response to the customer Nick Wall is that there always a rotten apple in a basket of many fruits. Evn if you satisfy in every way to the customer they will never be happy no matter how much you do. They expect to be treated different to other customers and with king like service. For traders, suppliers be warned of such customers. As customers also are scammers lying in order to benefit from others.

Question? Do we all think that Argos a big company has no unhappy customers. Even if they have thousands of customers and provide high quality service they will always have some what we call idiots that want the world to be given to them However like all companies have to follow rules and principles and treat all customers equally.

What the customer wrote was partly true. His name is NIck Wall Also he claims I had lied and did not resort to what lies. Main thing is the customer has been scammed several times before that why he is saying such things, Its only been 7working days after payment and client was informed by email that due to inconvenience, i will be refunding him. Refunds are given fairly quick after going through papers, the period of months is not the case. He also claimed to be threatening me with legal action and that is incorrect, he did not threaten with legal action and having dealt with hundreds of customers he is only one bad apple who wishes to be treated differently. Especially answering his phone calls early hours in the morning.

MY advice to all buyers and wholesalers and suppliers we all get good customers and we all get many good honest traders suppliers and buyers, however we all to be treated equally and fairly but becareful of the one that lies and wants special service. Like a delivery instantly. Treat all customers good , well and equally. Hence i am succesfull and running well. Business for all suppliers i know is growing too and to all customers who i know have read the thread know me well and know what lies the customer is saying.

So theres no harm on my end. It also shows i communicate well to customers with update and it also shows honest trading that offering a customer a refund as he had also claimed. The customers just wants anything free basically. Mentioning the court is nothing really, i believe he thinks by mentioning it he will get sympathy as he is still a young kid.

ALso he said he is unemployed at first and looking for a business to start, and does not have much money, and he als wants to start a franchise and i advised him many times if he starts a franchise he needs to be patient and to relax as when he gets customers he needs to provide a good service to customers. I had to consult my partner and we both refused to sell him a franchise from the begining as his character is not what customers would like and it also would be a risk for our company. therefore the customer is acting as he is. He then called me showing that he has been in business for 6 years on the net and hes only 21 and claims to start at 15 selling worldwide, so his words do contradict lol when he first spoke to me.

I let you all decide, as what i wrote and seeing how he is reacting you all can tell what people are like.

Well for the interest of everybody else.

Part of Fraz Awan's reply was true. He did offer me a refund but he said it would take 1-2month for the payment to go through.

What do I want free? I paid over £100 for my goods on 9th April and ive still not received them, nor have I received a refund from.

Start a franchise with you? What the hell are go going on about? I have never said I want to start a franchise with you.

Threatening you with court proceedings, yes I do actually have the paper work filled out waiting to be returned to the courts as I feel this will be the only way I will be able to retrieve my refund.

I've placed an order for well over £300 on http://www.n1-dropshipper.com/ which also belongs to James Marley the owner of n1best.com.

I paid via banktransfer on 15 April - yesterday, 30 April, he eventually gave me a tracking number but said that he doesn't know what's wrong as the tracking number hasn't registered with EMS.com.cn. He would follow it up with them - still no word from him and still no functioning tracking.

Even if I get this order I'll never deal with them again as they are frustratingly slow in communicating.
