Default Patty A Fuller and Ibuildtsar.com

I have bought a wholesaler's list from ibuildstar.com a.k.a wholesaleceo.com a.k.a nikegurus.com for 29.95$
to get acces to an authentic nike shoes supplier(yes i thought it was possible!)
they give you some suppliers about nike shoes, psp, etc
and one of them is Patty A fuller
She is claiming that she sells authentic nike shoes that come from a licence nike factory and they come with full paperwork
That is not true
I ordered just 20 pairs to make a try
the shoes were held by the customs because they were FAKES!
I was waiting almost 2 months and a half after i made the payment to get a call from... the customs!
my name is tagged at the customs and i had to pay a fee about 300€
i asked her about my refund, first she told me that the shoes were authentic
until i sent her the proof that i get by the customs where it stipulates that the shoes are fakes
she said that she will refund me but nothing,no response.
Do not deal with Patty A fuller and ibuildstar.com!

I bought the list a year back - but found nothing but trouble - pursuing another one right now... I just want to see what I can dig up... wasting a lot of money actually... so to the general public - don't buy list

you are right Anthony
two persons have already asked about ibuildstar.com

www.ibuildstar.com Legit?

Has Anyone Ever Used This Website?

Patty A Fuller is one of the supplier that you can find in their wholesale list
I have paid 29.95$ for this list
there are lots of suppliers in this list
i do not know if they are legit or not
but if anyone is interested just email me i will be able to give them

I do not support fakes and i should have read your forum before ordering from ibuildstar
it's been a while that i read your posts and lots of them were helpful
so it is normal that i give you back my little help

I am sorry about the mistakes that i make in the sentences
like in the first post i have said "she claims to sell authentic nike shoes.." lol
i would have said "she says that she sells authentic nike shoes"

hope it is understandable

Regards
Sam

I thought the same thing... what a waste of 30 dollars... ibuildstar is useless... all the leads on that site are dead ends... i've visited every possible link on the page and 89% of the suppliers mentioned on the site are in the "Name and Shame." I nominate ibuildstar.com to be placed in Name and Shame!

Post Sam Lombardo

Sam clarified upon ordering from us that he was aware of the problems with receiving products shipped into his country. Upon his product being detained within his country, we requested a fax number to the agency to rectify the detainment of his product with specific documents; to include documents proving that of authenticity of the product he ordered. Sam refused to forward a fax number to us, and refused to work with us so that he could attain his product. If our products are fakes, then they wouldn't have passed through all the previous customs and other pertinent agencies required. Most importantly, we can prove our products are authentic, and Sam refused that. Bottom line, we can't help someone that refuses to help themselves. Our company, and ibuildstar, are very reputable companies with all the necessary documents to support such. It is sad when those few unprofessional people in this world try to gain something; anything, by using untruths and slander, and inappropriate and unacceptable behaviors, against others.

I can't believe what i have just read from patty a fuller

i have to clear it up for everybody

first i received a call from ups saying that they received a package for me held by the customs because the goods in there"the shoes" were fakes.

ups asked me to come over to fix out the problem with the customs
I went to the customs and asked to see the shoes and how they knew they were fakes
they told me that without open the package they already knew that the shoes were fakes because of the origin location of the package and also because of the "invoice",the "factory name"

I asked to open the package in front of me,it wasn't open before' and i have seen the shoes
and they were fakes, absolutely fakes, not even good imitations, the colors did not exist,at the first sight you can tell without beeing an expert
and i do really know the model that i did order

I had to pay a 300€ fee, they tagged my ID and of course they keeped the package
i wouldn't have got it anyway, looking only in authentic shoes

so i told patty about everything and first she told me that the shoes were authentics!
she never had the shoes in hands but she can told that
until i have sent her the proof that i got from the customs
and i started to ask about my refund

I was very nice at the begining and told her "ok patty maybe it is a mistake because of the particular model
that i order,it was the nike air max plus, not very popular in US"
and told her ok just refund me and i will forget that

she did not so

she told me to give her the fax number of the agency that it helds the shoes
to send them the "paperwork"???

I told her that the agency she is talking about was the customs because the shoes were fakes
which paperwork she wanted to send when the shoes are fakes??

I told her i have seen the shoes they were fakes
i did send her the proofs
and she keeps saying the same D:!n thing!

I have sent lots of mails asking about my refund
she told me that i did not want to cooperate???
is it a joke? patty the shoes were fakes!
you can do or say whatever you want it won't change anything

why i wouldn't wooperate??
my goal was to get authentic nike shoes
i did believe in you and you lied to me
now you are trying to let people thinking that you sells authentic nike shoes
and that i am unprofessional and innappropriate person to deal with?

what's wrong with you?are you crazy?how old are you?
GET REAL patricia fuller

you should have shut your mouth and do not respond to this post
because with all the proofs that i have now you are really ridiculous
you are trying to rip me off,you keep still owe me money
but you are based in US i have lots of details about you, bank details etc
and i will do my best to track scammers like you down

are you starting to worry?
you will
because i told you i won't give up until i get my refund
to let people know that to not deal with you
you are a scammer

these are the proofs
it is in french but not really hard to understand

proof from french customs saying that the shoes were FAKES!
http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/4...10001b37fl.jpg

proof of the 300€ fee that i had to pay
http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/4828/p10100032gs.jpg

The "invoice"
http://img461.imageshack.us/img461/2369/p10101439sp.jpg

the UPS tracking number
http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processRequest

I also have the copie of the "nike licence agreement "that she uses to sell her fakes shoes
but it is a big folder , in case of i have to send it

Now if anybody have any advices to track scammers like her down
my email is : sam.lombardo@hotmail.com

Sam
