The FBI should be investigating the parent company, according to soultion seekers web site all stock is owned by Digital USA Inc.The Parent company should be auditing there subsidiary company`s records.

The parent company is incorporate in Nevada and solution seekers is operating in Florida, makes it more difficult for law enforcement to investigate the various companies.

New Update from Solutions Seeker Networks, Inc
http://www.solutionseeker.com/

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION TO TIER 2 APPLE IPOD CUSTOMERS

Solutions Seeker Networks, Inc. would like to thank all of its customers for their past and present support. As an organization based on Christian principles we are grateful to our clients and realize that in part your loyalty has helped us to become a top supplier of heavy equipment and industrial electronics. In 2005 we made the decision to enter into one of the most volatile yet profitable segments of the market—MP3/game devices. It has been our goal to differentiate our organization from other wholesale companies and/or distributors by servicing not only retail store chains but also e-tailers and Ebay sellers alike.

Most iPod sellers in the Ebay community relied on our expertise and excellent service to procure bulk stock of Apple iPods because the product was unattainable by them on a consistent basis elsewhere. In order to maintain a good relationship with our client base we invested a substantial amount of capital (directly through Apple CE and certified vendors) into the Apple iPod version of MP3/MP4 players; However, during 2005/Q4 and 2006/Q1 our Ebay sellers and smaller resellers were dealt a misfortunate blow as the Apple iPod surplus in the domestic market quickly became a downward spiral until there was a worldwide deficit of the highly sought after MP3/MP4 players. The pressures brought upon by higher procurement pricing and low production by the manufacturer exacerbated the matter.

Consequently, our organization has suffered substantial losses due to this delimma but we are committed to the task of rectifying the situation for ourselves and business-to-business customers. The administrative staff is appreciative to our parent company for helping avoid a disolution of Solution Seeker Networks; therefore, we will move forward during this recovery process and resolve outstanding matters with each client accordingly as the means become available.

Regretfully, we will no longer service the Ebay community and smaller sellers to avoid any reoccuring supply chain difficulties. Typically high demand electronics will be provided only to qualified volume purchasers that have met both the reseller prerequisites of the manufacturers and our sales staff.

Solution Seeker Networks, Inc. apologizes to its clients for the unexpected demand and MP3/game device product shortages. Our risk management group and corporate attorney is applying legal pressure to vendors, which are in debt to our organization in an effort to continue to recoup any outstanding funds lost over the previous two quarters.

Lastly, it has been brought to our attention by our company’s legal advisors that there have been scant reports that challenge the good name of Solution Seeker Networks, Inc. or its affiliates, and/or partners. Many of these reports have been derived from unlicensed or unregistered groups and individuals engaged in questionable practices and have no credibility. If you are a client or industry partner and would like to report any such defamatory actions by these individuals please contact us immediately.

Remember, if Solution Seeker Networks is not in business then it would be unable to continue in providing genuine products for resale nor would it be able to maintain all of its commitments to its Tier 2 and signature clientele.

Again, we are thankful to our B2B customers for their unwavering support as we look forward to continued success.

Solution Seeker Networks, ABRIS, Digital USA Inc, Synergy Diversified, etc. never took credit card.

The two payment options were bank wire or company check.
