Hi karla,
If you have purchased GHD's don't try and sell them on ebay as you will be slapped with a solicitors letter and fee from Jamella too.

the only place to buy GHD is from jemella themselves and they will only sell to approved salons. Furthermore they sell to salons at the same price salons sell them on at, the salons do it for the prestige.
You cannot get cheap GHD there is no money to be made out of GHD.

Be prepared for uhafmail to say you are incorrect. He will tell you that if he bought them from a salon and sold them on ebay you could also get genuine GHD's from him. Therefore Jamella isn't the only place you can buy GHD's.
Petty I know, but after a few beers it made me chuckle

Yes that is the procedure before google will reverse the transaction, so unfortunately if you have been scammed, it will be highly unlikely that the seller will raise a refund request, unless you put some legal pressure on the seller.

Karla it's a minefield and usually you can tell if something is legit or not simply by what they sell and their prices.
The truth (and I know it hurts) is there os no one out there that will sell you the hottest products on the planet for dirt cheap prices.
Think about it, why would I sell you 10 GHD for 70 quid when I could sell 10 to a salon for 100 quid.
Same goes for ipods, ps3s, etc etc etc.
If you don't have real weight behind you 100,000GBP or more to spend on a single product it won't happen.
There are exceptions, if you get the right product at the right time opportunism can win. Last christmas I was selling 30-50 wiis a day and making £100 on each one.
But don't lose your caution. I was a mug and thought I could make a quick buck on the new iphone 3g when it was first released, didn't do my due dilligence because I saw an opportunistic few grand for my holiday fund and got ripped for a lot of money.
You want my advice?
don't spend any more money on anything till you have researched researched researched. The products are out there, I sell 10-15 pcs a week of one product that I buy for £185 and sell for £400. I've got another that I buy for 60p each and sell for just over 2 quid and sell a few hundred a week.
think sideways and find your opportunity before spending
Personally we trial 3-5 products a week, buying samples and testing the market, maybe 1-2 a month will stick.
