To be honest, we sometimes accept Paypal, GoogleCheckout, or even credit card for orders under $1,000 USD. Our customers, however, pay a 3% surcharge for this service. The reasoning is that we had already priced our products for the lowest possible cash price, so that if the buyer wants to use the card, they have to be ready to pay the 3%. It works for low priced orders simply because the 3% surcharge is often less than the international wire fee.
